FAQ/TERMS OF USE

SHIPPING:

We ship all orders via USPS. All orders will receive a tracking number when item/s ship to the email address provided at checkout. Please note that we ship from various warehouses, so you will receive more than one package depending on items ordered from our different vendors. You will receive a tracking number for all and every item in your order. In addition, some items in your order may ship sooner than others but rest assured that you will receive them. You will receive tracking number/s when orders process and this does not mean that items have left the warehouse. Tracking will update once item leave warehouse so does not panic if items are not showing movement. It can take 4-5 business days for your item/s to leave warehouses, but we aim to get them out within three days. Please note this when ordering as some of our items are in high demand.

***Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Make sure you provide the correct address. This includes any apartment or building number. All stolen or lost mail that shows delivered needs to be reported to post office and/or reported to your credit card company or PayPal. We are not responsible or at fault. ***

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

We do accept returns for exchanges or refunds. Please contact us using our contact form and provide name, order number, reason, and what you would like to exchange item/s for. No returns or exchanges after 5 days of receiving an order. You are responsible for shipping items back to us at your expense. If we made a mistake with your order, then we will gladly, send a return label.

PAYMENT:

We currently accept al major credit cards and Paypal. All Paypal payments must have confirmed address or we will cancel and refund your order. Please make sure all payment information is correct, and billing matches the card used in order to prevent any delays. We strictly enforce credit card safety, and we do it to protect us and you (customer) from fraudulent transactions.

REFUNDS:

Refunds are issued when items are not in stock or when items are returned to us. All cancellations come with a 15% fee to cover processing credit cards and restocking items. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to process back to credit cards. If you paid with PayPal, there are no cancellation fees and refunds are instant.

NOTE: SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
